Adam Bulley and Chas Mackenzie
formed a duo in 2005 - Wingin' It.
The duo began playing in venues
on the west coast of Scotland,
performing a wide range of material
from Rock, Pop, Funk,
as well as instrumental pieces
in the style of Gypsy Jazz,
Bluegrass and Classical.
Soon they began writing their own music
and in 2007 they released
their debut EP “Not Enough For an Album”
comprising 4 original tracks.
That same year they won a Danny Kyle award

Talisker 57
Talisker 57° North
Produced at the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye
Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been made by the sea since 1830,
with its smell and taste instantly connecting you to its rugged maritime home.
Every sip is a taste of Skye itself,
one of the most remote, rugged, yet elegant landscapes in Scotland.
A cask strength Talisker offering,
57' North is deceptively smooth for a whisky at this strength,
but still a muscular presence on the palate,
with the pepper and chilli Talisker hallmarks very much in evidence.
Picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010
and named Island No Age Statement Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2012.
Talisker 57° North takes its name from this remote,
rugged and windswept distillery’s latitude.
And rightly so, because this is an untamed,
natural expression of the Talisker’s full power: A volcanic,
intensely appealing flavour that most drinkers will have only experienced in a cask strength bottling.
Clean and intense, with the light smoke of a struck match.
Creamy toffee balanced by fruit. Hints of seaweed,
heather blossom and vanilla.
The explosive intense body gives way to a sweet and smoky palate
finishing with the signature pepperiness of Talisker whiskies.
Ideal enjoyed served in Talisker Rocks Glass,
neat or with a little water. Give the gift of an unbridled,
intensely appealing drinking experience for fans of Talisker and smoky island single malt whiskies.
